Managed IT solutions is complicated for your everyday Joe, to make sure things are simple and easy to understand, we broke it down to bite sizes for the audience by helping Biztech categorise the different types of services they provide for their B2B clients.

To make sure each category is recognisable, we created an icon system for Biztech, the icon system is designed using the idea of layers of complexity in the work they do, but made simple. This is so that the audience isn't intimidated by the big words that are used on the site, and makes the UI more friendly and engaging.

As you'll see on the images below, the enquire now button is fixed in the header bar, this ensures users can always ask a questions at any time of their journey, or if they are unsure, then reaching out in the first instance will save them time, and not having to sieve through piles of content and still not knowing what is best for their business.

On top of all this, the website also provides the users with resources, in the form of blogs, this could help users identify their issues, so that they can find the right solution for their business. From the blog that the user is reading, it can guide them to the solutions category page to read more, or it will prompt the user to enquire now, which takes them to the header dropdown.
